How Can low Grade Fever And Runny Nose Along With Back Spasms Be Treated?

i have pink/red splotchy bumps on my left arm. For several days i have been having sharp spasms in the same arm. a low grade fever, stiff neck runny nose and, also, spasms in my back and shoulder also left side. excedrin gives relief for a short while.

low grade fever due to cold..so don't need to be worry... back ache due to weakness due to fever.. take steam n levocitrazine once in a day in night for 3 days n take rest
